A hand/wrist orthosis is intended to support weak or injured parts of the forearm, wrist, and/or hand. It can also correct orthopaedic malposition and is often adapted to meet the unique needs of individual patients. The range includes everything needed to meet various diagnoses such as contractures, fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, sprains, after plaster casts, radial paresis, stroke, and rehabilitation.
